Run Club + Personal Training Program

Whether you are new to running or you’ve completed several races, having the right training plan is crucial for successfully crossing the finish line. We want you to do more than just cross the finish line, we want you to have a great experience so you’ll continue. The FIT4MOM® 8-Week training plan is designed to help you achieve your distance goal with slow increases in mileage and time. You work directly with a coach and she prepares a plan for any distances to help you train smart over an 8-week period.
