Stroller Strides is a functional, total body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining your little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You'll leave classes feeling connected, successful and energized!

Strides 360

Strides 360® is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Strides 360 is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring.

Body Back

Body Back® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that challenges everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of every woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago. Experience balanced cardio, strength and core exercises, along with inspiration and motivation in every Body Back class.
