360 is a heart-pumping cardio-based workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness. Lots of cardio play and bodyweight recovery. Virtual Workout - Body Sculpt

Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed strength and toning sequences will leave you stronger. Dedicated core and flexibility work round out this workout. A light set of weights (3lbs-5lbs) are used in this class. Virtual Workout - FIT4BABY

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time! F4M Barre® is a cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining your little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You'll leave classes feeling connected, successful and energized!

Strides 360

Strides 360® is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Strides 360 is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring.

Body Boost

Body Back® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that challenges everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of every woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago. Experience balanced cardio, strength and core exercises, along with inspiration and motivation in every Body Back class.
