Strides 360® is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Strides 360 is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring.

Body Boost

Body Back® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that challenges everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of every woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago. Each week we will focus on making space for breath and make modifications for ailments of pregnancy, such as back pain, heartburn, and more. We will help you meet your changing physical and emotional needs in a supportive environment while leading you through uplifting movement practices and allowing time and space to connect to your baby.
