Join Blythe Conway, our FIT4MOM yoga instructor, and mother of two, as she guides you through a slow flow practice to safely move the body in pregnancy. Each week we will focus on making space for breath and make modifications for ailments of pregnancy, such as back pain, heartburn, and more. We will help you meet your changing physical and emotional needs in a supportive environment while leading you through uplifting movement practices and allowing time and space to connect to your baby.
