Body Back®/Moms Only Classes

Our Moms Only classes offer a variety of intensity levels so that you can develop the workout program that is just right for you.

Body Back is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

Body Sculpt will tone and tighten every part of your body. This class is a fusion of strength training, Barre, Pilates and a lot of core. It is an excellent compliment to the Body Back and FIT4Mom classes. We keep those muscles on fire through a no-jumping sculpting hour.

Body Back® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. HIIT workouts include short periods of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods.

FIT4Moms is a Fitness Interval Training class delivering a total body workout that combines cardio strength and core conditioning. Taking all the elements of your favorite F4M classes and combining them into one class. Designed for moms of all fitness levels!
